(1) For your first visit, please bring a referral letter from your regular medical institution.
Our hospital mainly treats patients who require advanced medical services and who have been referred from other medical institutions. As a general rule, you will be asked to bring an invitation from the medical institution when you first visit. We ask for your understanding and cooperation with the division of functions within the hospital.

(2) Please make a reservation in advance.
In order to reduce waiting time, we have implemented a reservation system at our hospital. If you come to the hospital without making a reservation, you may have to wait a long time or make a reservation on another day. We ask for your cooperation in making a reservation in advance.
Cooperation with local medical institutions |
(3) We will work with local medical institutions to provide medical care that is appropriate for each patient.
If it is appropriate for a patient to visit their primary care institution, we will provide a referral letter to that institution. Our hospital works continuously and closely with the patient's primary care institution to provide appropriate medical care tailored to the symptoms of each patient.

Our hospital is a "specialized function hospital" specializing in advanced medical care, and we cooperate with local hospitals and clinics to provide medical treatment. When you visit our hospital for the first time, please get examined at your regular hospital or clinic and bring a referral letter, your My Number Card or health insurance card/medical certificate, and your medication record book (PDF: 173KB) with you when you come to our hospital. Presenting a referral letter allows us to connect with local hospitals and clinics and provide high-quality medical care that is appropriate for your condition. If you do not have a referral letter, you will be required to pay 9,000 yen (excluding tax) as an out-of-pocket expense for initial consultations.
Furthermore, based on the results of your treatment at our hospital, we may refer you to the medical institution that referred you or to another medical institution for continued treatment. We appreciate your understanding.

Even if a patient has visited our hospital in the past, if they have not visited of their own volition for more than a month or if they have not visited for a while, they will be considered a "first visit."
