Approximately 150 nurses and a few midwives
*This is a joint recruitment for both Tokai University Hospital and Tokai University Hachioji Hospital.
*Both Tokai University Hospital and Tokai University Hachioji Hospital have reached capacity.
We will temporarily suspend application acceptance after the 8th recruitment exam (June 29th, recruitment for affiliated Hachioji Hospital only).
*We may resume recruitment depending on future circumstances, but this is undecided at this time.
Eligibility
1) Those who are currently or will be qualified as nurses or midwives
②Those who can work shifts
Selection Process
First selection: Document screening (Results will be sent to the email address listed on your resume.)
Aptitude test (online): The test period will be notified by email to those who pass the document screening. The test period will be set at approximately three days.
Second selection: Interview (Essay exams have been discontinued from the 2026 recruitment period)
(In principle, the exam will be face-to-face. Those who live outside Tokyo and Kanagawa prefectures can also choose to take the exam online (Zoom).)
Depending on the situation regarding infectious diseases, etc., the second selection process may be changed to be conducted online only.

Allowances include:
Nighttime nursing allowance, late-night shift allowance (calculated based on six night shifts in a two-shift system), housing allowance (calculated at 16,000 yen for those living alone in a dormitory or apartment), treatment evaluation allowance, base pay increase evaluation allowance
Other allowances: Commuting allowance, family allowance, seniority allowance, position allowance, etc.
Salary increase

Twice a year in July and December (2024 results: 4.8 months per year *3.8 months per year for the first year only)
Bonus includes: Basic salary + job adjustment allowance + city allowance + family allowance + seniority allowance + position allowance, etc.

holiday
7-10 days/month (average for two-shift work)
vacation
Annual paid vacation (11 days in the first year, 12 days in the second year, 13 days in the third year, 20 days from the fourth year onwards)
Special summer vacation (6 days in the first year, 11 days from the second year onwards)
Special leave for the year-end and New Year holidays, sick leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, other special leave, etc.

After April 2025, those who take the recruitment examination and decline or fail will not be able to take the examination again during that year.
