*During the hospital tour, you will go outside to see the medical helicopter.

・Uniform (training wear), shoes (for training)

*For infection control purposes, please wear an N95 mask or surgical mask (provided by the hospital).

Once your participation date has been confirmed, changes to the schedule and area of focusare not permitted except in unavoidable circumstances.

Extremely hot weather is expected. Please come in casual clothes, not a suit, on the day of the event.

During the hospital tour, we will temporarily go outside to see the medical helicopter. If you need a parasol, please bring your own folding one.

If we determine that it is unsafe to conduct the event due to infectious diseases or weather conditions (such as typhoons), we may cancel it at short notice.

Due to the limited number of people we can accommodate, we may not be able to meet your request depending on the application status.

During your ward experience,you will be required to wear a scrutiny uniform.

Transportation costswill be the responsibility of the participant.

In the event of a disaster, please follow the instructions of hospital staff.
Reasons for not being able to participate
-
Your body temperature on the day of participation is 37.5℃ or higher, or 0.5℃ or higher than normal, or you have cold symptoms (sore throat, discomfort in the throat, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, fatigue, or other poor health) even if your temperature is below 37.5℃.

If you suspect you have been in contact with someone infected with COVID-19 (become a close contact) within 7 days, including the day of participation.

Within 7 days of the participation date, you have had close contact with someone infected with COVID-19 and are living with someone who is highly likely to be infected.
-
If you have contracted COVID-19, the day of symptom onset is considered day 0, and at least 10 days must have passed by the day of participation.

If you have contracted influenza, the onset date is considered day 0, and at least 5 days must not have passed by the day of participation, and at least 2 days must have passed since your fever subsided.

Please use the following "Health Management Form" to keep a record of your health for one week prior to the event, and submit it on the day of the event.

If you experience any symptoms such as fever within 5 days after the event, please contact us.

Please do not disclose any information about patients, patient families, faculty, staff, or the hospital (excluding publicly available information) obtained through the Open Hospital program, whether during or after your participation.

Even if individuals cannot be identified from the information obtained through the Open Hospital program, please refrain from making inappropriate posts or sharing on social networking services (SNS) or other platforms.

During the Open Hospital period, please observe the following rules when participating.

① Please refrain from taking photographs, videos, or recording audio within the hospital grounds (wards, corridors, waiting areas, nurse stations, etc.). *Photography is permitted only if authorized by the hospital.

② Even if you are permitted to take photographs on the hospital grounds, do not photograph anything that contains personal or confidential information, such as patients, their families, faculty and staff, patient rooms, medical records, monitor screens, whiteboards, nameplates, etc.
