How to use the [Certificate of Limit Application]
Please complete the application procedure for the limit application certificate before admission.
If your My Number card has already been linked to My Number Portal, you can skip the application process.
What is a limit application certificate?
If you apply in advance to your insurance company and present it at the hospital, you can limit the amount you pay at the counter to the self-payment limit for high-cost medical expenses.

Medical expenses are calculated on a monthly basis, per medical institution, and medical/dental, inpatient/outpatient fees are charged separately.

Eligible recipients are people under 70 years old and people aged 70 or older who are in non-taxable households.
