(1) For your first visit, please bring a referral letter from your regular medical institution.
Our hospital mainly treats patients who require advanced medical services and who have been referred from other medical institutions. As a general rule, you will be asked to bring an invitation from the medical institution when you first visit. We ask for your understanding and cooperation with the division of functions within the hospital.

(2) Please make a reservation in advance.
In order to reduce waiting time, we have implemented a reservation system at our hospital. If you come to the hospital without making a reservation, you may have to wait a long time or make a reservation on another day. We ask for your cooperation in making a reservation in advance.
Cooperation with local medical institutions |
(3) We will work with local medical institutions to provide medical care that is appropriate for each patient.
If it is appropriate for a patient to visit their primary care institution, we will provide a referral letter to that institution. Our hospital works continuously and closely with the patient's primary care institution to provide appropriate medical care tailored to the symptoms of each patient.

As a "specialized treatment hospital" that specializes in advanced medical treatment, we cooperate with local hospitals and clinics to provide medical care. When you visit us for the first time, please visit your regular hospital or clinic and bring a referral letter, My Number card or health insurance card, medical certificate, medicine booklet (PDF: 173KB), etc. with you. By presenting a referral letter, we can connect our hospital with local hospitals and clinics and provide high-quality medical care suited to the patient's condition. If you do not have a referral letter, you will be required to pay 7,000 yen (excluding tax) as an uninsured combined medical care fee (self-pay) at the first visit.
In addition, please understand that based on the results of your treatment at our hospital, we may refer you to the medical institution you were referred to or another medical institution for continuing treatment.

Even if a patient has visited our hospital in the past, if they have not visited of their own volition for more than a month or if they have not visited for a while, they will be considered a "first visit."
