Overview
-
From the time of application for admission to the time of actual admission (excluding emergency admissions), specialized nurses will understand the patient's physical, social, and psychological problems, and provide support for after discharge, as well as referrals to General Consulting Office, Food and Nutrition Department, and various specialized departments.
-
We work with the head nurses and medical affairs department of each ward to arrange the most suitable ward and room for admission.
-
During medical reception hours (8:00-11:00), at the initial consultation desk, patients who are unsure which department to visit will be guided to the department appropriate to their symptoms.
-
Nurses are available to provide advice on living at home and nursing care.
-
We coordinate the treatment environment for patients and their families who are hospitalized or receiving outpatient care at our hospital. We communicate with the hospital's attending physicians, nurses, palliative care team, medical social workers, registered dietitians, pharmacists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, etc., and confirm the requests of patients and their families. We also support the coordination of other medical institutions, visiting nursing stations, care managers, etc., and the preparation of the treatment environment at home.
