Inpatient Support: From the time of application for hospitalization (excluding emergency admissions) until actual admission, specialized nurses assess the patient's physical, social, and psychological problems, provide support with a view to post-discharge care, and refer patients to General Consulting Office, registered dietitians, pharmacists, and various specialized departments.

Inpatient ward coordination: We work in cooperation with the head nurses of each ward and the medical affairs department to coordinate suitable wards and rooms for inpatients.

Department Guidance: During clinic hours (8:00 AM to 11:00 AM), at the first-time patient reception desk, we will guide patients who are unsure which department to visit based on their symptoms.

Cancer Consultation: Cancer specialists will listen to the feelings of patients and their families and support them in thinking about their future treatment and life during recovery.

Nurses are available to provide advice on living at home and nursing care.

Discharge Support: We provide support to patients and their families who are hospitalized at our hospital or receiving outpatient care, helping them adjust their care environment. We communicate with the attending physician, nurses, palliative care team, medical social workers, registered dietitians, pharmacists, rehabilitation staff, and other staff within the hospital, and while confirming the wishes of the patient and their family, we support them in coordinating with other medical institutions, visiting nurse stations, care managers, etc., and preparing the care environment at home.
