Pharmacy Department

Greetings

Our mission in Division of Pharmacy is to "contribute to the improvement and promotion of public health by dispensing medicines, supplying medicines, and other pharmaceutical hygiene matters, thereby ensuring the healthy lives of the people," as stated in Article 1 of the Pharmacists Act.

Since our opening in 1975, our hospital has established a new medical system, which separates medical and pharmaceutical services. We have responded to various changes in the pharmaceutical environment not only through collaboration with other departments within the hospital, but also through cooperation with local pharmacists (associations). In the future, we will work more closely with related parties than ever before to provide high-quality, safe, and compassionate drug therapy to the patients in front of us.

Furthermore, we will systematically improve the professional capabilities of pharmacists, which will ultimately lead to ensuring healthy lives for the people, and implement our philosophy of "striving for gentle pharmacy."
