Below are answers to frequently asked questions regarding treatment at our clinic.
First visit and outpatient treatment
Q. I have visited this hospital in the past.
You can use our clinic's medical card. For details, please see "Outpatient Information."
Q. I visited this hospital 10 years ago, but I lost my medical card.
You will need to have your medical card reissued. Please contact the "Referral/First Visit Desk." There is a fee of 200 yen (excluding tax) for the reissue.

Q. I had a health check at another hospital and was given the test results so I can undergo further examination.
If you have your medical examination results and a referral letter, please contact the "Referral/Initial Visit Desk." If you only have your medical examination results, please contact us as the desk you should contact will vary depending on whether or not you have a medical history.
Q. The name on my insurance card (medical card, etc.) has changed.
Please inform the reception of your department.
Q. I have a question about my visit to this hospital.
Please contact the First Visit/Referral Desk (1:00pm - 4:00pm). Also, for details such as "Will Dr. XX be available for consultation next Monday?" or "I would like to consult about XX disease," please contact the reception desk of each medical department.
Q. Do I need to make a reservation for the first visit?
① Initial psychiatry consultations require an appointment, so please contact psychiatry reception desk in advance.
②If you are planning to visit a department other than psychiatry and have a referral letter from another medical institution, you can make an appointment for your first consultation using the following method. Please refer to the link below for details.

Q.Are there any discounts on parking fees?
Patients coming for medical treatment can use the service at a discounted rate of 300 yen per visit from 7:00 to 21:00, and 21:00 to 7:00.
However, we regret that we charge the regular fee to anyone who is not a patient.
Regular price 7:00-21:00: First 60 minutes: 440 yen, thereafter: 110 yen per 30 minutes Maximum charge: 1,100 yen 21:00-7:00: 330 yen per use

Suggestion boxes are located in Tokai Hall, the Research Corner, next to the public telephone at the out-of-hours entrance, and in each lounge on the 2nd floor and 6th to 14th floors. We welcome your feedback. -
