About accounting

At our hospital, we have implemented a deferred payment system to reduce the burden on patients in terms of accounting procedures and to avoid the risk of patients having to carry large amounts of cash. Patients who choose to defer payment should fill out and stamp the "Medical Expense Payment Method Confirmation Form" with the necessary information, such as their preferred payment method, and hand it over to the ward office once they have decided to be discharged.
Once the invoice is ready, we will mail it to you. You can pay by bank transfer or at the counter, so please pay by either method within 10 days of receiving the invoice.
Please note that there may be cases where you are asked to settle your bill on the day of discharge. We will notify you in advance.

For patients who are hospitalized across multiple months, a bill for the last day of the previous month will be delivered to the ward around the 10th. Please note that if there is a delay in the bill due to unforeseen circumstances, the patient will be notified in writing.

1. When paying at the counter

Please bring your invoice to the accounting desk on the first floor.
Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Note

  • On the day of admission and the day of discharge, the hospitalization fee and room fee for one day will be charged regardless of the time. If you are moved to another room, the fee will be calculated based on the final grade for that day.

  • Due to issues with the medical fee system, there may be changes to the medical expenses that have already been billed. Please note that we may ask you to re-settle the amount after you have made payment.
