Please insert your medical card into the "patient card entrance" on the arrival machine located in front of the reception desk of each department (center) and take the issued reception ticket.

Check your insurance card
We will ask you to show your My Number card, health insurance card, medical card, etc. at each appointment. Please make sure to bring them with you.

If you do not have a medical card, you will need to have your card reissued. Please contact the "Referral/First Visit Desk." There is a fee of 200 yen (excluding tax) for the reissue.

2. Waiting to be seen
Please wait in front of the examination room specified on your reception ticket. When the number on your reception ticket appears on the screen in front of the examination room (call screen), please enter the examination room.

3. Examinations and tests (blood sampling, ultrasound, imaging)
Consultation
Please ask your doctor about your next appointment during your consultation.

When you return to the outpatient clinic after the test, you will need to check in again using the arrival confirmation machine.

After your consultation, please submit your accounting slips to the reception desk of your department (center).

If you wish to visit another department during reception hours, please inform the reception desk.

Once your calculation has been completed at the reception desk, please proceed directly to the medical fee payment machine.

5. Settlement

Please present all medical cards and accounting slips to the accounting desk (1st floor).
When calculating your bill, you will be given a receipt, outpatient prescription, and your next appointment ticket.

Starting December 1, 2022, our hospital will be offering "online eligibility verification," which allows you to check your insurance eligibility using your My Number card.
